This luxury condo unit was recently completely remodeled to high standards in 2021, with newly upgraded appliances and furniture.
This great studio unit is on the cool side of the building with excellent lagoon/ocean/beach views that will take your breath away. This is one of the most upgraded units we have with beautiful decorations, dressers, California king bed, queen size sofa bed and designers touches that make this unit a stand out condo.
There is everything the traveling businessman, executives or couples would need. This unit has a comfortable king bed, internet work desk and modern plank tile flooring throughout condo and huge 120 sf ft lanai where you can enjoy watching the surfers and swimmers at world famous Waikiki Beach.
A large flat screen TV, DVD, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite bathroom and a comfortable living room area for relaxing. The pictures on the walls makes you more relaxed being in Waikiki!
Computer writing desk allows you to have a comfortable work space while glancing across the ocean.
Cook excellent meals in your granite gourmet kitchen, outfitted with everything you may need.
Bathroom has enough space to place your belongings even for longer stays.
We try our best to outfit the unit with everything you would need to make your stay in Hawaii the best vacation you have ever had.
The Ilikai is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Ala Moana shopping center mall [which features the Foodland grocery store], Ala Moana Beach Park, the Hawaii Convention Center and the many hotels, restaurants and shops of central Waikiki.
The Ilikai is literally steps from the beach and includes a pool, bellman and valet service and Cinnamons Restaurant famous for their breakfast on the foyer level.

Lagoon Parking:
The Ilikai back foyer has a ramp that drops you right on the lagoon on the ocean side. You can park free on
the left side during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces always fill up with surfers during the day but
open up throughout the day. There is no parking after 10:30pm in the free parking area. All cars are towed
right at 10:30pm sharp so don't forget your car there.
Directly across from the free parking spaces there are numbered paid parking stalls that you can use for $1
an hour. Park in any stall and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot by can choose
any amount of hours you want. You can choose any amount of hours you want for your stall. The machines take cash
and credit cards.
Ilikai Resort Valet Parking:
Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $28 a day with in/out privileges, of course you must tip for each time.
Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations needed. Just arrive anytime and valet staff is on duty.
Ilikai Bell Captain:
The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or
when you leave. Tip is usually $1-$2 per bag.
Long Term Parking (2 month min):
If you wish to rent an underground parking stall on a monthly basis, the rate is $250 a month, minimum stay
of 2 months (based on availability) to qualify plus a $25 non refundable activation fee. Make sure upon
arrival you ask valet about this. Sometimes the hotel will not offer long-term parking so best to call the hotel
directly if you need this.
Red Lobster Parking:
Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $23 per day. Please check rates upon arrival.

Great unit. This is my 3rd stay at the Ilikai, and this unit is by far the best. Tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed. My only recommendation would be two additional seats on the lanai, and providing beach chairs. We will definitely try and book this unit again.

It was a beautiful stay at unit 1522. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The sofa can be turned into a futon bed. And the view in the lanai was amazing. We loved waking up every morning to such a beautiful view! It was a walk away to the lagoon. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. There is a mini market that opens until late within the hotel. Loved the location and the convenience of our stay! The trash room is conveniently located next to the elevator just down the hall from the room. We will definitely book unit 1522 again for future stay!

Ilikai 1522 - Nice clean comfy residence. View of ocean and harbour is very nice in the evenings. View of Luau show next building over is a bonus. Short stroll to beach and lagoon. Pictures of room is exactly what you get. We were very happy with our unit. Great location, bus stop right downstairs - saved lots of money on cab fare. Mahalo!

Stayed at Ilikai 1522 during may for a week, unit was well presented, clean , tidy, and everything you want while on vacation, kitchen was outstanding and catered for our needs, bed was great not that we spent much time in it…lol, is well situated as well close to shopping centre Ala Moana, and public transport is at your doorstep more or less. Would differently stay here again and compliments to owners and staff who look after it.

likai 1522 - Excellent location along Waikiki Beach; you're truly in the heart of the best beaches and right by the lagoon. So many beautiful sunrises and sunsets await your visit! Definitely would return again, and stay in 1522. This condo was wonderful! Cute decor and beautiful lanai. Clean and quiet. A cozy king size bed was the benchmark of a great stay for us, and this one has it! Nice, full kitchen with plenty of amenities. We loved having a stove for quick snacks and warming up leftovers. Nice storage options in the bathroom. Good water pressure. Had a large, flat screen TV, but we never turned it on. Loved that the door has a punch-in code, versus a hotel-style key. Close to several ABC stores for groceries, snacks and beach-needs. We could watch the Hilton's luau from our lanai, bonus! Definitely check out Goofy Cafe, just a short distance from our condo. Cheap car rentals just next door from there, too. Oooh! and don't forget to get a delicious cup of Joe at Lappert's. Or, if coffee isn't your think, grab a scoop of their ice cream or gelato in a freshly made waffle-cone; we recommend their Kauai Pie. Missing Oahu big-time after such an incredible trip.
