The Sky Penthouse is an amazing million dollar luxury executive penthouse located on the oceanfront of Waikiki. This unit has been totally, and we mean totally, remodeled from the bare studs up to create a sophisticated, elegant yet tropical retreat that is unsurpassed in Waikiki.

This amazing unit has Italian travertine floors throughout, a beautiful gourmet kitchen with custom maple toffee cabinets, granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. The large livingroom has raised 9ft ceilings faux painted with the sky, hence the name The Sky Penthouse.

Custom Maple/Cherry entertainment center and wall unit in the livingroom come equipted with 42" flat screen HD cable TV, stereo, DVD and a reading library of books. The built-in work station is perfect for travelling businessmen who want to do some work with the free wireless high speed internet while watching the whales pass outside the unit length windows and balcony. The couch is also a queen size sofabed for extra guests and the dining room has a expandable Japanese dining table for those who like to entertain.

The large master bedroom with its 9 ft. sky ceiling is outfitted with a luxurious California king Cherry bed that many guests ask where they can buy one it's so comfortable. Custom Cherry wood closets, beautiful Cherry end tables with reading lamps from Indonesia and full length glass sliders that open to the balcony. The cozy second interior bedroom is perfect for kids who do not need a ton of space. Its outfitted with a brand new queen bed and cable flat screen TV and is beautifully decorated in the tropical spirit. Off the second bedroom is the in-suite laundry room and storage area for your baggage.

Great Parking Options for (Ilikai) Guests

Waikiki Parking: Waikiki is one of the best walking towns in the world, there is no need for a car for Waikiki at all, every thing is just a short walk away. Parking is expensive and sparse in Waikiki. Most visitors just rent a car a few days to drive around the island and tour.

Lagoon Parking: Just a 1-minute walk from the resort on the ocean side, there are numbered parking stalls that you can use for around $0.50 an hour and up. It seems the company that has the contract for that lot changes rates according to seasons so check the machine to check current rates. Make sure to park in the numbered stalls and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot. You can park free on the left side during the day for up to 6 hours, but there is no parking after 10:30pm in the free parking area. All cars are towed away right at 10:30pm sharp.

Ilikai Resort Valet Parking: Valet parking is available at the Ilikai 24/7 and is $28 a day with in/out privileges, but remember, you have to tip the valet every time you get your car. Please check the rate on arrival.

Long Term Parking: If you wish to rent an underground parking stall for 1 month (must be 30 days, they will not offer this if you stay 29 days), the rate is $250 a month plus a $15 security card refundable deposit and an activation charge of $15. Make sure upon arrival you ask for the paperwork and application and tell them that you want a monthly stall and the first day or so will be included as monthly use, otherwise its $28 a day till they know you are renting a long term stall. You cannot reserve these ahead of time, just request it upon arrival.
