Great Parking Options for (Ilikai) Guests
The Ilikai back foyer has a ramp that drops you right on the lagoon on the ocean side. You can park free on the left side during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces always fill up with surfers during the day but open up throughout the day. There is no parking after 10:30pm in the free parking area. All cars are towed right at 10:30pm sharp so don't forget your car there.
Directly across from the free parking spaces there are numbered paid parking stalls that you can use for $1 an hour. Park in any stall and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot by can choose any amount of hours you want. You can choose any amount of hours you want for your stall. The machines take cash and credit cards.
Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 a day with in/out privileges, of course you must tip for each time. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations needed. Just arrive anytime and valet staff is on duty.
The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or when you leave. Tip is usually $1-$2 per bag.
If you wish to rent an underground parking stall on a monthly basis, the rate is $250 a month, minimum stay of 2 months (based on availability) to qualify plus a $25 non refundable activation fee. Make sure upon arrival you ask valet about this. Sometimes the hotel will not offer long-term parking so best to call the hotel directly if you need this.
Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $28 per day. Please check rates upon arrival.
(Ilikai) Unit # 1424 - Ilikai 1424- I stayed in 1424 in July 2017. This unit is excellent. It is perfect for watching the show at the Hilton next door. View is lovely. The unit is nice and roomy and has plenty of amenities. The shower was a little annoying to use. It didn't seem to stay in one place and it ran cold when I arrived but was quickly remedied. I would definitely recommend this unit and booking through Waikiki Beach Rentals is a quick easy efficient process.
(Ilikai) Unit # 1424 - We stayed in condo 1424 over Christmas and New Years for 1 month, and it was amazing. The condo was exactly as described and was close to everything. The Ilikai is a beautiful building and the staff are great. The condo had everything you need ,full size fridge and full stove was great. We saved a lot of money by having meals in .There is a Walmart and Foodland within walking distance. The view and the sunsets were amazing from the lanai, where we ate all are meals from and watched the luau at the Hilton Hawaiian Village almost every day. We requested a late checkout and it was so easy. I would definitely book on Waikiki Beach Rentals again.
(Ilikai) Unit # 1424 - This was a great unit. Had magnificent views and was shaded from the worst of the sun in the heat of the day. Immaculately presented, clean and spacious. Instruction sheet was precise and helpful. Nicely placed just away from the hustle and bustle of main beach Waikiki yet a simple stroll when desired I can't think of a better valued, convenient and better place to stay.
(Ilikai) Unit # 1424 - Great unit, very clean and well set up, very comfortable, real Hawaiian feel to it and great views. This was the second time we booked with Waikikibeachrentals and would do it again! Booking all very straight forward and very gratefully made use of the late check out as our flight home was late at night. Loved the tiki drinking cups! Kind regards.
(Ilikai) Unit # 1424 - This is our 6th visit to the Ilikai and we love it every time. We have stayed in various units. This particular unit was great, the only thing it didn't have that previous units had was more kitchen items (pans, containers for storing food etc...). Otherwise, the view was awesome, the unit was clean and quiet. Also, going through Waikiki Beach Rentals has always been easy and smooth. We've never had any problems. I totally recommend the Ilikai and renting through Waikiki Beach Rentals.
(Ilikai) Unit # 1424 - This apartment is BEAUTIFUL. Elegantly furnished and exactly as shown in the photos. It was easy to book and the FAQ list on the site has all the answers we needed. Good having a laundry on the same floor as you and a close walk to supermarkets and convenience stores. Having a full size fridge and kitchen meant we could cook most of the time, especially good with a baby. Plenty of room in the apartment for a baby cot and loads of wardrobe space.The lagoon and beach are a 5 minute walk away and we walked up to the heart of Waikiki within 20 minutes for dinner or lunch.We had such a great time here and were sad to leave, we would definitely book in here again.
(Ilikai) Unit # 1424 - Could not have asked for a better place to stay -we went with another couple that stayed at a resort and we were not missing out by comparison, let alone the price difference. The room has a fantastic view, the welcome card and information pack was very helpful, the room was kept well and presented with the addition of the live in rooms (kitchen and lounge), highly recommended!
(Ilikai) Unit # 1424 - OMG!! This condo Ilikai 1424 is exactly as advertised. The views are amazing. You can even catch the Hilton Luau next door right from your balcony. The tropical breezes fill the room and you very rarely need to use the AC. The unit was clean and talk about location. You can get to everything right in walking distance. The beach is a quick walk, the bar and grill downstairs is fantastic and the mall is right up the road. Note the bus and ABC stores will become your best friends. The bus will take you wherever you need to go and the ABC stores has everything you need at a reasonable price. Loved loved loved this hotel, condo and my vacation.
(Ilikai) Unit # 1424 - Our stay was lovely. The unit was just what we expected. The Ilikai property and staff were very professional and courteous. The only negative was the meal at the TOP of the I. Unenthusiastic staff and food not quality for the price. We especially liked the view of the fireworks and hula shows. We also really liked the comfortable king size bed. Would like to know brand of mattress.
