Great Parking Options for (Ilikai) Guests
The Ilikai back foyer has a ramp that drops you right on the lagoon on the ocean side. You can park free on the left side during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces always fill up with surfers during the day but open up throughout the day. There is no parking after 10:30pm in the free parking area. All cars are towed right at 10:30pm sharp so don't forget your car there.
Directly across from the free parking spaces there are numbered paid parking stalls that you can use for $1 an hour. Park in any stall and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot by can choose any amount of hours you want. You can choose any amount of hours you want for your stall. The machines take cash and credit cards.
Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 a day with in/out privileges, of course you must tip for each time. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations needed. Just arrive anytime and valet staff is on duty.
The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or when you leave. Tip is usually $1-$2 per bag.
If you wish to rent an underground parking stall on a monthly basis, the rate is $250 a month, minimum stay of 2 months (based on availability) to qualify plus a $25 non refundable activation fee. Make sure upon arrival you ask valet about this. Sometimes the hotel will not offer long-term parking so best to call the hotel directly if you need this.
Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $28 per day. Please check rates upon arrival.
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - Great location, with easy walkway to the lagoon or beach. Great view with a nice balcony on 20th floor over looking the marina and ocean. Nice decor with all full size kitchen amenities such as coffee maker, toaster and all cooking needs etc. along with usual hotel amenities such as blow dryer, iron, towels, 2 beach towels, etc. Washer and dryer on the floor with trash area. Great ice cream shop in lobby. Unit is perfect for 2 people. 24 hour valet parking cost less than most hotels, no worry about parking. No resort fees, which can run upwards of $50 per night at most hotels. Only suggestions would be better or stronger lighting and a higher toilet. Great value though versus a hotel. I would highly suggest this particular unit if visiting Waikiki.
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - Room was well kept, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed. Toilet flap has a leak but is a minor maintenance item. Enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back to rent this one again next time we are in Honolulu.
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - Our condo was fabulous - with everything we needed for our week's stay. There was plenty of room to relax in the lounge and having a full kitchen meant being able to eat 'in' or 'out'. The views from our balcony were stunning - overlooking the marina and lagoons. Our unit was beautifully clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Hawaii.
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - We had a great time in the Ilikai condo unit 2006 and really appreciated the late checkout. It made our final hours in Hawaii a pleasure. Thanks again.
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - Wow - what an amazing way to start our vacation. We just loved the location (ilikai 2006), the views were amazing and we loved being able to sit out on the lanai and soak up the scenery - great place for coffee and of course a cool wine/beer at sunset. We found this unit absolutely perfect and will certainly recommend it to our friends and family. A big thank you from two happy New Zealanders.
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - This room ( Ilikai 2006 ) had a fantastic view of the harbour! It was well set out and very clean and maintained. It was also in an excellent hotel with perfect location just close enough to walk to the bus stop, Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, restaurants and everything else you could want. I was so pleased with this room that I plan on staying in the same place next year!
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - My wife and I had a fabulous time recently staying in your lovely condo!! The view from Ilikai condo 2006 is just perfect and we had many gorgeous sunsets while we vacationed in Hawaii. We cooked in a lot of our trip and would have utilized a few more pans and cooking utensils to help us...but the kitchen does have the basics. Thank you for a wonderful trip!! P.S. Our longtime friends stayed in 2029 while we were there and also loved their stay...
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - We were very impressed with the cleanliness of unit 2006. We loved the view and spent every sunrise and sunset on the lanai. The unit had everything we needed except for salt and pepper and measuring cups which we bought and left for the unit. The bed was super comfortable too. If anyone finds the little gold palm tree charm I lost around the unit or hotel I will repay for shipping and handling. Mahalo
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - We got married in Waikiki and wanted to stay in a relatively convenient location with easy access to Waikiki and the local areas. We stayed at Ilikai unit 2006 for 6 nights and couldn't be happier. The unit was clean and had everything we needed from the full kitchen (with appliances and kitchenware), wifi, King Size bed and million dollar view from the lanai. We somehow didn't read the part about the AC will be turned off automatically if the lanai door wasn't closed properly and had called the local agent. We spoke with a very friendly gentleman and walked through it together over the phone. It turned out to be nothing more than just the lanai door not closed all the way. Great professional service and beautifully maintained unit. We loved this unit and had a wonder stay. We would definitely recommend this unit to all our friends and family. And if we come back to visit Waikiki maybe for our 5th or 10th year anniversary, we'll definitely come back to the Ilikai!
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - Good morning - We enjoyed a great stay in Hawaii. Please let Gail and Rod , the owners of 1232 and 2006 that we really enjoyed their condos, and thank them for sharing them with us. Everything was clean and in working order and fully supplied, other than lacking wine glasses. But we worked it out! Everything was great and when we do get back to Hawaii, I will certainly contact you for accommodations. Thanks
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - Nice condo. The area is nice! Everything is great !
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - We just arrived home from our first trip to Hawaii. The Ilikai unit we stayed in was magnificent with marina and ocean views and in a great location. We found the unit exactly as promoted on the web site, it was modern and spacious and very well presented. It contained everything we needed and the bed was amazingly comfortable and being in a quiet area gave us a great nights sleep. We are seriously planning a return trip and the Ilikai condos will most certainly be our place to stay.
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - Just a short email to thank you for a great stay in apartment 2006 at the Ilikai. We had a fantastic time, and the apartment was ideal for our needs. The only problem was that we had to leave too soon.
(Ilikai) Unit # 2006 - We did enjoy our stay at our suite. It was well kept and well located. We did use our car quite a bit so parking was a bit of a hassle if you didn't want to pay through the nose every day.. Other than that the grounds were nice. I'd probably paint over the teal panels on the balcony's on the outside of the building and go to a sand color. Teal makes the building look dated even thought it was quite well maintained. We wouldn't have a problem recommending the building to anyone. Thanks Again.
