This extra-special Ilikai condo on a high floor is one of the most sought-after units in the building. From your lanai, you can enjoy sweeping views of the beach, lagoon, Friday night fireworks, the Ilikai and Hilton pools, and surfers riding the waves right in front of you.
The condo was remodeled some time ago and has been well maintained, offering a clean, simple and modern island-style décor. It features tile floors, two comfortable double beds with full closets, a sofa bed, a large LCD flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a whisper-quiet split A/C system to keep you cool after a day in the sun.
The custom full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, light quartz countertops, and quality fixtures, so you can easily prepare anything from simple breakfasts to relaxing dinners at home.
The bathroom offers a walk-in custom-tiled shower, sleek cabinets, stone-style countertops, an under-mount sink, and contemporary décor. A bidet toilet seat adds an extra touch of comfort that many guests appreciate.
One of the highlights of this unit is the large 120 sq ft lanai, furnished with a table and chairs. It is the perfect spot for morning coffee, a leisurely lunch, or a romantic dinner while watching some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.
The Ilikai is ideally located within easy walking distance of Ala Moana Shopping Center (including Foodland grocery store), Ala Moana Beach Park, the Hawaii Convention Center, and the many hotels, restaurants, and shops of central Waikiki. The building is just steps from the beach and offers a pool, bellman service, valet service, and convenient on-site cafes, shops, and casual dining options.

Lagoon Parking:
The Ilikai back foyer has a ramp that drops you right on the lagoon on the ocean side. You can park free on
the left side during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces always fill up with surfers during the day but
open up throughout the day. There is no parking after 10:30pm in the free parking area. All cars are towed
right at 10:30pm sharp so don't forget your car there.
Directly across from the free parking spaces there are numbered paid parking stalls that you can use for $1
an hour. Park in any stall and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot by can choose
any amount of hours you want. You can choose any amount of hours you want for your stall. The machines take cash
and credit cards.
Ilikai Resort Valet Parking:
Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $28 a day with in/out privileges, of course you must tip for each time.
Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations needed. Just arrive anytime and valet staff is on duty.
Ilikai Bell Captain:
The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or
when you leave. Tip is usually $1-$2 per bag.
Long Term Parking (2 month min):
If you wish to rent an underground parking stall on a monthly basis, the rate is $250 a month, minimum stay
of 2 months (based on availability) to qualify plus a $25 non refundable activation fee. Make sure upon
arrival you ask valet about this. Sometimes the hotel will not offer long-term parking so best to call the hotel
directly if you need this.
Red Lobster Parking:
Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $23 per day. Please check rates upon arrival.

May 2026 - What a fabulous rental!! Best views for Friday night fireworks, having coffee on the lanai and relaxing!! Will definitely be back. So close to everything. Walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center. Easy access to bus and trolley transportation. We had the best time and can't wait to visit again!!

Ilikai 1942 - We are just about to finish our stay here and can't wait to come back. Thank you for making our first trip to Hawaii comfortable and enjoyable. The condo is lovely with gorgeous views of the lagoon and beach. It is clean, tidy and very comfortable for my family of 4. It has everything that you would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Ilikai 1942 - We stayed for 10 days . The apartment was beautiful , clean and had the most amazing views . Spacious enough for 4 people and very close to all amenities . The view for the fireworks display on the balcony was amazing . Our extended family stayed in apartment 1937 which was also very nice with equally wonderful views . We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again

Ilikai 1942 - We stayed in the Ilikai #1942 for a week just prior to Christmas. A fantastic place - great views, handy location, fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony, and a handy pool! Everything is handy - Waikiki beach is right there, restaurants within an easy stroll. The tour buses stop right outside the front door making it so easy to see the local attractions!

Ilikai 1942 - This is the third time I have stayed in this unit in the last five years at this time of year for four weeks.. nice unit with a great view, this year it was nice to see added hooks and baskets for the bathroom. Especially nice to have when more than one person staying there. As an older person I would like to see grab bars added also. Also would love to have a small table and chairs to eat on. Stools at counter are useless as there is no place for long legs to fit in order to get close to counter. Also on wish list pot holders would be nice. All in all great unit. Looking forward to staying there again hopefully next year.

Ilikai 1942 - Love 1942, the view was amazing, the space was great, will be back for sure, walked to waikiki everyday, walked to ala moana shopping centre in 10 minutes. Myself and 3 sons had plenty of space. Might suggest better beach towels but thats all. supermarket downstairs was great, good cafe also downstairs great stay thanks

Ilikai 1942 - Great location, really central, comfortable and just like they show it in the pictures, it was all hassle free, loved the view and the amenities were perfect, you had everything you needed in the kitchen, I would ask though for some more towels, besides that, everything was perfect.
