With approximately 1,000 square feet of living space, two separate lanais, a full kitchen, and plenty of room to relax, this condo is a great choice for families, couples traveling together, or guests who want more space than a standard hotel room.
The living area offers a comfortable place to unwind after a day at the beach, with large windows and access to the lanai where you can enjoy ocean and lagoon views. The dining area and full kitchen make it easy to prepare simple meals, enjoy breakfast before heading out, or stay in for a relaxing evening. The kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and the basics needed for a convenient vacation stay.
One of the best features of this condo is the layout. The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living area, giving guests more privacy than many typical vacation rentals. The primary bedroom includes a King bed and its own bathroom, while the second bedroom has two Double beds and is located near the second full bathroom. A sofa bed is also available in the living room, making the unit flexible for families or groups.
The condo also has split air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, an important comfort feature for Waikiki. Guests can cool each area separately, which is especially helpful for families or groups with different schedules. High-speed Wi-Fi, TVs, and a comfortable living space make the unit suitable for both short vacations and longer stays.
Step out onto the lanais and enjoy views toward the ocean, Hilton Lagoon, and the surrounding Waikiki resort area. ***** Although legally 1 bedroom units, all Ilikai units are either studio units or 2 bedroom units. 1 bedroom units do not have a separation wall between the bed area and living area except those listed as having a sliding wall. A list of sliding wall units are on the faq page.
Availability calendar is 100% accurate and live online. Dates are blocked out instantly when a booking is made and can change at any minute. There is never a need to request availability, just refer to the calendar below. The system will not allow a double booking. Regular check in times for the dates below are 3pm and regular check out time is 11am. Please read our FAQ Page for early arrival and late check out options and never request an early check in till the day before arrival.
Lagoon Parking:
The Ilikai back foyer has a ramp that drops you right on the lagoon on the ocean side. You can park free on
the left side during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces always fill up with surfers during the day but
open up throughout the day. There is no parking after 10:30pm in the free parking area. All cars are towed
right at 10:30pm sharp so don't forget your car there.
Directly across from the free parking spaces there are numbered paid parking stalls that you can use for $1
an hour. Park in any stall and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot by can choose
any amount of hours you want. You can choose any amount of hours you want for your stall. The machines take cash
and credit cards.
Ilikai Resort Valet Parking: Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $28 a day with in/out privileges, of course you must tip for each time.
Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations needed. Just arrive anytime and valet staff is on duty.
Ilikai Bell Captain: The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or
when you leave. Tip is usually $1-$2 per bag.
Long Term Parking (2 month min): If you wish to rent an underground parking stall on a monthly basis, the rate is $250 a month, minimum stay
of 2 months (based on availability) to qualify plus a $25 non refundable activation fee. Make sure upon
arrival you ask valet about this. Sometimes the hotel will not offer long-term parking so best to call the hotel
directly if you need this.
Red Lobster Parking: Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $23 per day. Please check rates upon arrival.

Great condo. The rooms were clean and come with a perfect kitchen. Each room has its own air conditioning for a comfortable stay. The view from the lanai was amazing, and you can't wait to wake up in the morning. You can see the Hawaiian show at the Hilton next door from your room, so it feels like you got what you paid for. The location is very convenient, close to Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana Shopping Center. Three generations of our family, grandchildren and I have all enjoyed our stay, and it's a condo we would like to visit again.

The condo very clean and was just as pictured. The space was perfect for my family of 5. The ocean views were spectacular. We usually ate on the balcony to enjoy the ocean views/sounds. The condo was clean and had all the amenities( microwave, toaster,coffee maker, iron and ironing board,…) we needed. Bring your own condiments etc,.. (they are not included, to keep the condo free of critters). We cut our meal expenses by being able to cook in the condo. I definitely recommend this condo for your stay. The management was very responsive to any questions. The condo was within a short walk to the beach. We took advantage of the parking garage at Red Lobster rather than the valet parking at the condo building. We will plan on staying here when we return!!

We just stayed in 1626 and have to say its the best condo we have every stayed in. Just remodeled, it has awesome ocean views, large lanais, full kitchen, great quiet split AC systems in all rooms and large modern Smart TV's for Sunday football. That made life with the kids even easier!! Mahalo for the great stay, will come back soon!
