This spacious, beautifully decorated 500sf Ilikai unit with 120sf lanai on the city side is on a high floor, 20th so you have excellent city and mountain views.
The living area has a sofa bed, new flat screen TV, comfortable furniture and drapes that make afternoon naps a breeze.
The unit has air conditioning, full closets, two new double size beds (new pictures will be posted of the new 2 double beds and full closets to store all your belongings.
The modern remodeled open kitchen has fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, kettle and most everything you need to prepare all the meals you want saving you tons of money from eating out every night.
The condo has nice lanai furniture so if its watching the action below, you have a great spot.
The Ilikai is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Ala Moana shopping center mall [which features the Foodland grocery store], Ala Moana Beach Park, the Hawaii Convention Center and the many hotels, restaurants and shops of central Waikiki.
The Ilikai is literally steps from the beach and includes a pool, bellman and valet service and Cinnamons Restaurant famous for their breakfast on the foyer level.

Lagoon Parking:
The Ilikai back foyer has a ramp that drops you right on the lagoon on the ocean side. You can park free on
the left side during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces always fill up with surfers during the day but
open up throughout the day. There is no parking after 10:30pm in the free parking area. All cars are towed
right at 10:30pm sharp so don't forget your car there.
Directly across from the free parking spaces there are numbered paid parking stalls that you can use for $1
an hour. Park in any stall and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot by can choose
any amount of hours you want. You can choose any amount of hours you want for your stall. The machines take cash
and credit cards.
Ilikai Resort Valet Parking:
Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $28 a day with in/out privileges, of course you must tip for each time.
Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations needed. Just arrive anytime and valet staff is on duty.
Ilikai Bell Captain:
The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or
when you leave. Tip is usually $1-$2 per bag.
Long Term Parking (2 month min):
If you wish to rent an underground parking stall on a monthly basis, the rate is $250 a month, minimum stay
of 2 months (based on availability) to qualify plus a $25 non refundable activation fee. Make sure upon
arrival you ask valet about this. Sometimes the hotel will not offer long-term parking so best to call the hotel
directly if you need this.
Red Lobster Parking:
Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $23 per day. Please check rates upon arrival.

My daughter and I had the immense pleasure of spending 10 nights in this condo. It was fabulous, yes a tad noisy from loud bikes, but overall comfortable. Being able to use the stove daily kept down costs, and the fact that we could check in early was a godsend. The view was amazing, rainbows each morning, and a cuppa on the balcony was wonderful. I would definitely book this condo again mahalo

My family and I stayed for 10 days. We really enjoyed our stay in this rental unit. The unit was spotlessly cleaned and well maintained. It had all the pans & kitchen tools needed to cook our meals each day. The cute apartment size dishwasher worked wonderful for washing our dishes, when we were on the run. We enjoyed sitting out on the lanai drinking our coffee each morning and eating our dinner in the evening looking at the mountains & city lights. We could see just the edge of the sunrise, as we drank our coffee in the morning. The air conditioner worked very well to keep the room cool. We were very happy that it didn’t take long for the air conditioner to cool the room quickly, when we came back after a long day. The beds were very comfortable. The beds were double sheeted, top and bottom. Not having to worry about a soiled bedspread was very much appreciated. There were plenty of towels, hand towels, and bath towels to use during our stay. The 2 beach towels were nice to have when we went to the beach. The shower had wonderful water pressure, it was so refreshing after a long day at the beach. I highly recommend staying in this unit, we would stay again. Many pros for this unit. But be aware that there is no electrical plug in the bathroom. It took me back for a moment………. But there is a huge closet mirror to look at, by the beds and the small side table dresser has a multiple outlets where you can plug in your hair dryer or curling iron. Once I realized this, it wasn’t actually that big of an issue. It frees up the bathroom for the other family members. Thankyou to the owners for such a clean and comfortable place to stay while we were visiting such a beautiful island.

We had a fantastic 13 night stay at the Ilikai. Dealing with Waikiki Beach Rentals was very easy and straightforward, I simply looked through the available condos on the website for our dates of travel, chose a condo that suited, paid a deposit and then paid the balance prior to travel. Correspondence with Waikiki Beach Rentals was very quick, I received email confirmation immediately and a very detailed list of instructions regarding the condo. The whole process is quick and easy. Compared to prices of resort hotels in the area, we paid a very reasonable amount and the condo was perfect for us with great views over the city area and spotlessly clean. Having a full kitchen with all amenities is a huge money saver in Honolulu, it allows you to shop at the supermarkets and prep meals which for us was very convenient and allowed us to live like locals. The beds were so comfortable, we had plenty of space to move about the condo and we loved having a morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the city. The Ilikai is a beautiful complex, we used the pool, ate at the restaurant downstairs, caught buses down to the shopping mall right outside the building and were in walking distance to Waikiki and surrounds. There are always plenty of taxis outside the complex and the garden areas and lobby are beautifully maintained. I would highly recommend using Waikiki Beach Rentals and if we ever returned to Honolulu for another holiday, we would not hesitate to book through them again. Thank you Waikiki Beach Rentals!
